2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25% VAT. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Checkout), which supports major payment cards and MobilePay. Payment is only captured on shipment.
3. Delivery
We typically program and print your card within 2–3 business days. Shipping is then 1–2 business days with GLS in Denmark. International delivery is agreed separately.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The right does not apply to custom-made goods (e.g. Customized cards with your own logo or cards programmed to your unique link). To withdraw, notify us at contact@tapitreview.com before the deadline.
5. Returns
Returns are at your own expense. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we refund the purchase price within 14 days.
6. Complaints (statutory warranty)
Under Danish law you have a 24-month right of complaint. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering a defect. We cover reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints.
7. Dispute resolution
Complaints can be filed with the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution. EU citizens can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
