Tap It Review is the data controller for the personal data collected via tapitreview.dk. Contact: contact@tapitreview.com.
2. What data do we collect?
- Order data: name, email, address, phone number and payment info via Shopify.
- Contact form: name, email and message content.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps and cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to deliver our products, perform our contract with you and comply with Danish accounting law. Processing is based on GDPR article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract) and (c) (legal obligation).
4. Recipients and processors
- Shopify Inc. (webshop and checkout)
- Shipping carrier (e.g. GLS)
- Lovable Cloud / hosting provider
5. Retention
Order data is retained for 5 years per Danish accounting law. Contact form messages are deleted no later than 12 months after last contact.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Contact us at contact@tapitreview.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
